Wedgwood Annual Assessments
Wedgwood Trustee Association, Inc. is a homeowners’ association (HOA). Every property owner in Wedgwood subdivision is a member of the HOA and is responsible for paying annual assessments to support the maintenance and operation of the community.
Where do my assessments go?
These funds pay for shared expenses such as common area upkeep, landscaping, lighting, amenities, insurance, and administrative costs. HOA dues are required to be paid annually, ensuring that the association can continue to maintain property values and provide essential services for all residents.
City & Village Tax Office (CVTO) provides the service of collecting the annual assessments from the 1,206 property owners in Wedgwood. The service mails assessment notices at the first part of the new year. Owners should expect to receive their notices between late January and early February. Assessments must be paid by March 1. They are considered delinquent if unpaid by March 15; late fees may be levied.
To access your own account information at CVTO, and to pay assessments online, please register at www.cityandvillage.cincwebaxis.com. This online payment method adds an additional convenience fee to process the payment.
Alternatively, you may pay by check.
