Wedgwood Annual Assessments

At the beginning of each new year, the City & Village Tax Office sends annual assessment notices to the mailing addresses of all 1,206 Wedgwood homeowners. Owners should expect to receive the notices between late January and early February. The Amount Due on the notice includes both the $100 annual assessment for the current year, plus any past due unpaid assessments.

Assessments are due March 1. They are considered delinquent if unpaid by March 15. Late fees may be levied. To access your account information and to pay online, please register at www.cityandvillage.cincwebaxis.com. Or you may mail your assessment to:
